Bornholm Airport will acquire and install a new heat pump that will function as the primary heat source for the airport's buildings. In addition, there is a need for demolition and disposal of existing heating systems, which must be clarified in connection with the installation. The operation of Bornholms Luftfart is handled by the Danish Transport Authority, cf. Section 2, No. 3, of Executive Order No. 1625 of 12 December 2023 on the Danish Transport Authority's tasks and powers, right of appeal and publication of certain of the Danish Transport Authority's regulations. Therefore, it is the Danish Transport Authority that is offering this tender for the purchase and installation of the heat pump on behalf of Bornholm Airport.

The tender concerns a contract for the supply of district heating units for heating areas of up to approx. 300 m2, as well as domestic water heating corresponding to a single-family home. See a detailed description of the district heating units covered by the Contract in the associated annexes, including the requirements specification, cf. Annex B.2. The contract covers the purchase of district heating units for Aalborg Forsyning's Varme+ scheme. The contract is offered as a single-supplier agreement, where the Contracting Authority orders units for delivery as needed. The agreement is therefore not divided into sub-agreements. The contract has a scope that is logistically and practically most optimally covered by one supplier, including also to minimize own resource consumption. Finally, the task has a smaller scope and is therefore not suitable for further division.

District Heating Fyn's existing remote reading system and associated meter park consisting of approx. 68,732 electronic heat meters, must be converted to a new remote reading system, as the existing system is being phased out and can no longer be maintained or expanded. The tender includes the delivery and construction of a remote reading system as well as the updating or replacement of approx. 66,492 Qp1.5 meters and approx. 492 Qp2.5 (Qp3.0) meters. Special meters and meters larger than Qp2.5 will be replaced by District Heating Fyn Distribution A/S and approx. 1,748 meters of varying types and Qp sizes in the sizes Qp1.5 to Qp400 must therefore be delivered. District Heating Fyn supplies heat to a large number of households in the supply area. See attached Appendix D 1.1 Overview of the Supply Area and sub-stages. The supply is to be considered critical infrastructure. District Heating Funen's total meter fleet is shown in the tender documents' Appendix D 1.2 - Meter list, including addresses, meter type and the installation time of the individual meters. Meters District Heating Funen owns all meter installations. This applies to both current and new meters that are installed in accordance with the tendered task. The task includes the delivery of new meters. There are approx. 779 QP1.5 meters that must be converted from G1b(R3/4)x110mm to G3/4B(R1/2)x110mm and from immersion pockets to direct sensors. Meter replacement/upgrade of meters at the customer The task includes a physical meter replacement/upgrade of all meters up to and including Qp=2.5 (3.0) m3/h at the customer. Take-back system The task also includes the establishment of a take-back system for all approx. 68,732 meters. metering points covered by this tender (with the possibility of expansion up to 100,000 meters). The take-home system must handle all meter data and ensure exchange of data with District Heating Funen's administrative systems.

This tender concerns the purchase and delivery of an electric truck and a service agreement to Novafos A/S and its affiliated companies, cf. tender appendix F. Novafos will invest in the first electric truck equipped with a crane and grab. This new addition to the fleet marks an important step towards more sustainable and environmentally friendly operations. The electric truck will handle heavy lifting and transport tasks efficiently, while significantly reducing CO2 emissions and noise levels. The crane and grab enable Novafos to carry out sediment handling and material transport with greater precision and less environmental impact. This investment underlines Novafos' commitment to green transition and the ambition to integrate more sustainable solutions into daily operations. In addition to the truck, the tenderer must offer service agreements as described in Requirement 8 of the requirements specification. Service agreements are part of the total price offered and will be included in the evaluation. Prices for an option on work lights must be offered. The expected contract value for the electric truck and the associated service agreement and options is estimated at approx. DKK 4,500,000. The estimate is the best estimate from the client and is not binding.
